At Ocea Earrings, each piece is handmade with care. Please allow time for your order to be created and delivered.

Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your earrings to be made and prepared for shipping.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard Parcel Post.
- Flat rate shipping: $9.80 AUD
- Standard Shipping: 2 - 8 business days (estimated delivery times after dispatch depending on your location)
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.

Order Tracking
Tracking is included with all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays & Service Interruptions
Ocea Earrings is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, including but not limited to:
- Postal delays
- Public holidays
- Weather disruptions

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at. We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ocea Earrings is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
